The Sornix platform is provided as a communication tool between individuals.

1. No Emergency Service

Sornix is not an emergency response system.

The platform should not be used as a substitute for emergency services such as police, fire departments, or medical services.

2. User Interactions

Sornix does not control or verify messages sent by users or individuals scanning QR codes.

Users are responsible for evaluating and responding to messages received through the platform.

3. Lost Items

Sornix provides a communication channel between finders and owners.

However, Sornix cannot guarantee that lost items will be returned.

4. Vehicle and Property Incidents

The platform may be used to report vehicle damage, parking issues, or other incidents.

Sornix is not responsible for any disputes or damages resulting from such communications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sornix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of property or financial loss
  • Misuse of QR codes
  • Unauthorized access to accounts

6. Platform Reliability

While Sornix aims to provide reliable services, the platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
